Dynacare Insurance Solutions is currently searching for a Full-Time Call Center Insurance Risk Interviewer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm or Tuesday to Friday from 2pm to 9pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

Dynacare is looking for exceptional, customer oriented team players who are willing to join a fast-paced, challenging environment in our Insurance Solutions group. As a member of our dynamic team this role is accountable for making outbound calls to clients of insurance providers to conduct medical questionnaires over the phone. Client lists are pre-determined, no cold-calling required.
Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level
Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow up skills
