  • Job Description

    Dynacare is currently looking for an Organizational Design and Change Management Consultant to join their team in Brampton, ON. This is a 9 months contract role, working Monday to Friday.

      

    Responsibilities:  

     

    Change Management

    • Build and implement an integrated change management plan for the various work streams in the broader transformative initiative
    • Deliver change activities to increase adoption, including change visioning session(s), stakeholder engagement plan, change communications, stakeholder analysis, job/role impact assessments, and change readiness assessments
    • Work closely with project work stream leads and HR team to discuss status, priorities, approach, best practices, risks/issues, etc.
    • Manage the change network to build engagement, increase adoption, and mitigate resistance
    • Write regular communications content, town halls, etc. to internal stakeholders and the enterprise to share progress of the project and build support

     

    Organizational Design

    • Partner with business leaders, Total Rewards and HR Business Partner to review current organizational structure, performance and culture of the teams in scope for the project
    • Make recommendations for organizational design to build capabilities and structures needed to support the execution of the business strategy

    • Provide guidance and subject-matter-expertise on org design principles, industry best practices
    • Build implementation plans (short-term and mid-term) to support the changes
    • Create job descriptions, functional competency models, talent assessment tools and career paths to aid in the selection and development of employees
    • Build short-term and mid-term resourcing plans for the organizational design
    • Create tools and process to support business leaders and HRBPs in conducting talent assessment, selection and mapping

    Training

    • Assess training needs and partner with business leaders and HR team to develop the plan

    Must have:

     

     

    Technical Knowledge

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience related to successful delivery of large-scale Change Management programs
    • Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
    • Exceptional presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience
    • Large-scale business and/or technical transformation project management
    • Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions
    • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

     

    Social Processing Skills

    • Relationship management, team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
    • Leading teams, coaching, motivation and communication
    • Flexible, resilient and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
    • Strong influencing skills

    • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
