    Dynacare Insurance Solutions is currently searching for a Full-Time Call Center Insurance Risk Interviewer, to join our team at 2550 Victoria Park Avenue in Toronto. Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm and Saturday on rotation.

    Job Summary

    Dynacare is looking for exceptional, customer oriented team players who are willing to join a fast-paced, challenging environment in our Insurance Solutions group. As a member of our dynamic team this role is accountable for making outbound calls to clients of insurance providers to conduct medical questionnaires over the phone.  Client lists are pre-determined, no cold-calling required.

     

     

    Key Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a customer facing environment (1-year minimum)
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level
    • Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow up skills

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting personal/medical history questionnaires over the phone with clients of insurance providers in thorough and precise manner
    • Providing excellent customer service and respond to queries and take appointments in a professional and courteous manner
    • Following-up with clients to update missing information in files while respecting confidentiality of sensitive and private information
    • Working in a team to reach the performance goals of the department
