Job Description

Dynacare Insurance Solutions is currently searching for a Part-Time Tele-Interviewer, to join our team at 2550 Victoria Park Avenue in Toronto, Ontario M5G 1E6. Working hours are evenings and weekends.


Under the immediate supervisor, the Tele-Interviewer works within a call center and collaborates with a team in ensuring that a high level of customer service for our clients in the insurance industry is delivered.  The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting medical questionnaire over the phone with clients of insurance providers in thorough and precise manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and respond to queries and take appointments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Following-up with clients to update missing medical information in files while respecting confidentiality of sensitive and private information
  • Working in a team to reach the performance goals of the department 

Must have:

  • College diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences) or post-secondary education
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken
  • Demonstrated interest in medical field or health sciences
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a medical work environment an asset
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology an asset
  • Other languages an asset
  • Must enjoy learning continuously
