Job Summary

Dynacare is looking for exceptional, customer oriented Telephone Interviewer who is willing to join a fast-paced, challenging environment in our Insurance Solutions group. As a member of our dynamic team this role is accountable for making outbound calls to clients of insurance providers to conduct medical questionnaires over the phone. Client lists are pre-determined, no cold-calling required. This is a full-time opportunity and is based out of Toronto, ON, working Tuesday to Friday 12:30pm to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, as per business needs.

Key Qualifications

  • Medical background preferred. However, medical terminology accepted.
  • Keyboarding speed min 50 mins/min
  • English written and spoken fluency is a must.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment (1-year minimum)
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.



  • Conducting personal/medical history questionnaires over the phone with clients of insurance providers in thorough and precise manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service and respond to queries. Make appointments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Following-up with clients to update missing information in files while respecting confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
  • Working in a team to reach performance goals of the department.
